City residents can use the municipal Resident I.D. Card program, and the city publishes separate advance-reservation rules for residents and nonresidents.

Check-In Requirement: Check in at least 30 minutes before tee time or risk forfeiture.
Daily Reservation Limit: Maximum 2 tee times / 8 players per reservation holder per day
Group Booking: Formal group requests are available for 16 or more players beyond the ordinary 90-day horizon; requests under 16 through that process are denied.
Nonresident Booking Fee: $50 per player, non-refundable and non-transferable; separate from green fee
Nonresident Booking Window: 0-90 days in advance

Transfer / Reschedule Rules: Tee times are non-transferable and cannot be rescheduled; player of record must be present and play.
Virtual Waitlist: Same-day virtual waitlist is available only after the golfer is physically on property; players are called in registration order as cancellations/no-shows create openings.

Rates and access

Current Twilight Schedule: Twilight begins 2:00 p.m. Sept. 7-27, 2026 and moves to 1:30 p.m. beginning Sept. 28 under the published seasonal schedule; completion of 18 holes is not guaranteed.
