Current turf species are provisionally Poa/bent mix on greens based on 2021 GCSA data. Greens have a strong historical reputation; September 2026 condition is not freshly verified. Fairway/tee turf provisionally Kikuyu/Bermuda from 2021 agronomic source. March 2026 field report found shaggy/bare fairway areas; current September condition needs refresh.

Large turfgrass-tee driving range, 8,000-sq-ft putting green, chipping green, short-game area for shots 60 yards and in, lessons, fitting and rentals. Exact one-vs-two short-game area count remains unresolved. Clubhouse/pro shop with food/beverage presence; current outlet details should be refreshed. Club rentals $25 basic / $50 VIP.

Flat traditional parkland military course with mature tree-lined corridors, doglegs and minimal elevation. Aircraft activity is frequent and part of the experience. Moderate. Long holes and doglegs add challenge, but the flat routing is relatively straightforward for a full regulation course.
