Current community signal says well-maintained fairways/tee boxes and white-sand bunkers. Turf species remain provisional because no current first-party agronomy specification was found.

Nearly seven acres: 50,000-sq-ft driving range, two short-game greens, separate putting green, True Spec fitting and clinics. Resort guests can buy $40 practice day use including rental clubs. Clubhouse Grill and luxury 50,000-sq-ft clubhouse. Golf/beverage cart runs daily 10 a.m.–5 p.m.

Hilly luxury canyon-parkland course with dramatic elevation, strategic bunkering, narrow/tight corridors, large green complexes and a waterfall finish. Very hard from the tips; moderate-hard from Blue. More than 2,300 yards of tee spread makes tee selection extremely important.
